She has trained in various acting techniques originating from Uta Hagen, Constantin Stanislavski, Yale School of Drama, Viola Spolin and her father, James Hong. Her experiences have led her to discover her own approach to the art.April began singing, dancing, and acting at age 4 and continues to pursue her professional film, TV and stage acting career. As a child actor she has appeared in "Kidsongs" videos, Lotus (Lead), "General Hospital" (Guest Star), voices for "The Real Ghostbusters," "Slimer," "Captain Planet" and more!
Her most recent credits include the romantic comedy independent feature films How to Make Love to a Woman and American Fusion, voices in video games such as "The Mummy 3: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor"and "Dark Void", and national commericals for Microsoft and Chrysler.
